During a counseling session, you can expect a confidential and supportive environment where you can explore your thoughts and feelings. I work with my clients through telehealth, which means that you can work with me at your prefered location on a phone, tablet or computer.

Life is a traumatic and wonderful ride. I work in a humanistic lens to help clients understand that all energy is transformable. Anger can become inspirations, hate can become empathy and shame can become curiosity. A life full of traumatic experiences is a very difficult one. But if properly processes, these traumatic memories can become learned experiences and a life full of experiences is a fantastic reality. I am here to walk with you to create this transformation.  I have my masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapy from California Institute of Integral Studies. Art therapy allows mental healing to continue long after words no longer serve us. I have been interning and walking with clients of all ages, socioeconomic status and beliefs at Humboldt Family Service Center in Eureka Ca, since August of 2024. I look forward to hearing from you.
